How to manage your block list

1. Go to your Privacy settings page by clicking the more icon from the navigation bar and then Settings and then Privacy.

2. Under Mutes & Blocks, click Blocked JOIs.

3. To unblock a JOI, click the Blocked button next to the JOI you want to unblock.

How to manage your mute list

1. Go to your Privacy settings page by clicking the more icon from the navigation bar and then Settings and then Privacy.

2. Under Mutes & Blocks, click Muted JOIs.

3. To unmute a JOI, click the Unmute button (it looks like a speaker with an X) next to the JOI you want to unmute.

How to transfer blocks and mutes to another JOI

1. You can transfer mutes and blocks between your JOIs so that you don’t have to mute or block the same JOI multiple times. To do this, go to your Privacy settings page by clicking the more icon from the navigation bar and then Settings and then Privacy.

2. Under Mutes & Blocks, click either Blocked JOIs or Muted JOIs.

3. Tap the Transfer my blocks/mutes button and select all the JOIs you want to transfer your blocks or mutes to.

4. Once you’re done selecting JOIs, click the Transfer button.

5. This feature requires a subscription to JOI Plus.
