How to update your password

Do you remember your current password? If so, updating your password is easy. Here’s how:

1. Log in to joiarc.com and go to your Account settings page by clicking the more icon from the navigation bar and then Settings.

2. Click Change your password under the Email & Password section.

3. Type your current password, and then your new password twice to confirm it.

4. Click Save changes.

5. You should see a confirmation message that your password has been updated.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

To reset your password, you’ll need access to the email address associated with your JOI account. Keeping your email address up to date is important so you can maintain access to your account.

Here’s how to reset your password:

1. If you’re logged in:

   Try to update your password, below the password field you will see a Forgot your password? link. Click on it.

   If you lost access to your account:

   From the log in page at joiarc.com/login, click Forgot your password?.

2. Enter the email address associated with your JOI account and click Continue. You’re going to be redirected to the password reset page.

3. Check your email inbox, we’ll send you a code to reset your password.

4. Enter the code you received in your email on the password reset page.

5. Choose a new password and click Save changes.

What if I don’t have access to my email address?

If you can’t access the email address associated with your account, you won’t be able to reset your password. We recommend you to sign up for a new account.
