How to update your email address

Keeping your email address up to date is important for account security.

Update your email address

1. Log in to joiarc.com and go to your Account settings page by clicking the more icon from the navigation bar and then Settings and then Account.

2. Click Change your email under the Email & Password section.

3. Type your new email address into the field provided and click Continue.

4. We’ll send you a code to your new email address to verify it. Enter the code in the field provided.

5. If everything checks out, you’ll see a confirmation message that your email address has been updated.

Important to know:

• Your email address is not displayed publicly on JOI.
• The code we send you is only valid for ~1 hour. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or request a new code by clicking the Resend code button. If you don’t receive the code after multiple attempts, please contact us.
• You might need to log in again after updating your email address.
