How to create a thread on JOI

Need more than one post to express your thoughts? A thread is a series of posts that are connected and can be read in order. Here’s how you can create a thread on JOI.

How to create a thread

  1. Click on the chat bubble with a plus icon in the navigation bar or the Wanna say something? field at the top of your timeline to start a new post.

  2. To add another post to your thread, click on the Add new button at the bottom of your post. Your new post will be connected to the previous post.

  3. To remove a post from your thread, click the X button on the top right corner of the post.

  4. When you’re done, select Post to post your thread.

How to add a thread

For non-threaded posts:

  1. Click the Reply button on your post.

  2. Add some content and select Post to post your reply.

  3. The reply will be connected to the original post and start a thread.

For threads:

  1. On the last post in the thread you’ll see an Add new button. Click on it to add new posts to the thread.

  2. Add some content and select Post to add to the thread.

  3. All of your new posts will be connected to the thread.
