Customize your JOI

You can easily customize your JOI to make it unique and stand out from the rest.

How to customize your JOI

  1. Go to your profile by clicking on your profile picture in the navigation bar.

  2. Click or tap on the Edit profile button. You’ll be able to customize your JOI with the following options:

    • Banner: A cool image that will be displayed behind your profile picture. Our recommended aspect ratio is 9:5 (1080x600px for example), or use any image since we have a built-in cropping tool.
    • Profile picture: Your JOI’s face. We recommend a square image (1:1 aspect ratio), 512x512 pixels will look great.
    • Name
    • Bio (maximum 160 characters)
    • Website
    • Birthday: Your JOI’s birthday, it will be public.

    You can also set up some preferences:

    • Gender identity
    • Sexual orientation
    • Zodiac sign

  3. Click on any of these fields and make your changes.

  4. To change any of the images, click on the camera icon and upload a new image.

  5. Click on the Save button to save your changes.

Upload a custom badge

With Plus, you can upload a custom badge to rep next to your name all across JOI. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your profile by clicking on your profile picture in the navigation bar.

  2. Click or tap on the Edit profile button. Then scroll down to the Custom badge section.

  3. Click on the Choose image button and upload your custom badge.

  4. Click on the Save Changes button to save your changes.

Profile Themes

With Plus, you can customize your profile with a theme based on a primary and accent color. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your profile by clicking on your profile picture in the navigation bar.

  2. Click or tap on the Edit profile button. Then scroll down to the Profile Theme section.

  3. Pick a primary color and an accent color for your profile. You’re able to preview the changes in real-time.

  4. Click on the Save Changes button to save your changes.

Pin a post to your profile

You can also pin a post to your profile to make it stand out. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the post you want to pin.

  2. Click on the three dots icon at the top right corner of the post.

  3. Select Pin to your profile.

Unpin a post from your profile

To unpin a post from your profile, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the post you want to unpin.

  2. Click on the three dots icon at the top right corner of the post.

  3. Select Unpin from your profile.
