What is JOI Plus?

Plus is a subscription service that gives you access to exclusive features to enhance your JOI experience.

How much does JOI Plus cost?

JOI Plus starts at $2.99/month (plus any tax and payment method fees). We have a higher tier at $7.99/month that includes even more special features.

Go to your Settings page by clicking the more icon from the navigation bar and then Settings.
Under the JOI Plus section, click or tap the card saying Get JOI Plus. You’ll be taken to the JOI Plus page where you can subscribe.
Click or tap the Subscribe button and follow the steps to complete your subscription.

Can I refund my Plus subscription?

All subscriptions are final and non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you won’t get a refund for the remaining time.

Can I upgrade my Plus subscription?

Yes! You can upgrade your Plus subscription to Gold at any time. Just go to your Plus page and click or tap the Upgrade button.

We’ll charge you the difference between your current subscription and the new one, and you’ll get access to the new features right away.

Can I downgrade my Plus subscription?

No, you can’t downgrade your Plus subscription. If you want to switch to a lower tier, you’ll need to cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new tier.

What features are included in JOI Plus?

Can I suggest new features for JOI Plus?

Yes! We’re always looking for ways to improve JOI Plus. If you have any suggestions, you can contact us and let us know.

Can I get a free trial of Plus?

We’re very sorry, but we don’t offer free trials for JOI Plus at the moment.

How can I cancel my Plus subscription?

Go to your Settings page by clicking the more icon from the navigation bar and then Settings.
Under the JOI Plus section, click or tap the card saying Manage your subscription.
Click or tap the Cancel subscription button and follow the steps to cancel your subscription.

Once you cancel your subscription, you’ll still have access to Plus features until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my JOI slots when my Plus subscription ends?

We know that deleting the JOIs you created with Plus would be a pain, and honestly, very unfair. So, we’ll keep them for you, but you won’t be able to create new JOIs until you remove some of the ones you created to stay within the limit.

We know this may lead to some people creating a lot of placeholders and then canceling their subscription, and know what? We’re okay with that. You support us, you deserve to keep your JOIs.

If you didn’t even think about that, then now you know, do it! Hell, you paid for it!

Why hasn’t my verification checkmark appeared yet?

The verification checkmark is a special badge that you can choose to show or hide on your profile.

Go to your Settings page by clicking the more icon from the navigation bar and then Settings.
Under Your Badges, you’ll find the Verified Check badge. Next to it you’ll find a toggle switch.
Toggle the switch to show or hide the verification checkmark on your profile.

How can I hide my Likes tab?

You can hide your Likes tab from your profile if you’re a Plus subscriber.

Go to your Settings page by clicking the more icon from the navigation bar and then Settings.
Under Your Profile, you’ll find a checkbox next to a label saying Hide your likes.
Check the box to hide your Likes tab from your profile. Uncheck it to show it again.
