How to pin chats

Missing a chat you want to keep an eye on? You can pin it to the top of your chat list so you can easily find it later.

This is a Plus Gold feature.

Pinning a Chat

From the chat list, right-click on the chat you want to pin and select Pin chat from the menu. That’s it!

Group Chats: Go to the chat you want to pin, tap on the three dots/More icon in the top right corner, then tap the pin icon.

Direct Chats: Go to the chat you want to pin, tap on the three dots/More icon in the top right corner, then tap Pin conversation.

Good to know:

You can pin up to 6 chats. Once you reach the limit, we’ll remove the oldest pinned chat to make room for the new one.
Unread pins will show an indicator so you can notice there are new messages in the chat.

From your pinned chats, hover over the chat you want to unpin and click the X icon, that’s it!

Group Chats: Go to the chat you want to unpin, tap on the three dots/More icon in the top right corner, then tap the unpin icon.

Direct Chats: Go to the chat you want to unpin, tap on the three dots/More icon in the top right corner, then tap Unpin conversation.

You can re-pin a chat to move it to the top of the pinned chats list.
