How to create a JOI

To travel around The Arc you need a persona/character, we call them “JOIs”. It can be anything you want, an angel, a demon, a famous actor, a character from a game, you mention it.

The first time you sign up, you will be asked to create your first JOI. You’ll choose a name, a profile picture, bio, and more. But what if you want to create more JOIs? You can do that too!

Create a JOI

  1. Click the more button from the navigation bar and move your cursor over Switch JOI.

  2. Click on Create a JOI.

  3. You’ll go through a series of steps to create your new JOI. Don’t worry, you can always edit your JOI later.

  4. After creating your JOI, you’ll be instantly switched to it. You can switch back to your other JOIs anytime.

Important to know:

  • You can create up to 4 JOIs per account for free. If you want more, you can join JOI Plus.
  • Every JOI you create will belong to the same account you signed up with. One email, one password, multiple JOIs.

Switch between JOIs

Each one of your JOIs has its own profile, settings, followers, and more. You can switch between them anytime you want.

  1. Click the more button from the navigation bar and move your cursor over Switch JOI.

  2. Click on the JOI you want to switch to.

  3. You can verify which JOI you’re using by looking at the profile picture in the navigation bar.
